We use Joblogic as our workflow platform, which means all our engineers receive their work and can provide updates in real time. Their location is always visible on the engineers’ map, so we can ensure that any emergency is dealt with by the nearest engineer to your location.
This is an end-to-end platform from initial enquiry through to final invoice for all reactive, maintenance and quoted works and we can bespoke client dashboards to give you management information tailored to your needs.
Heating
QuanTec’s mobile team of Gas Safe registered engineers provide expert installation, maintenance and repair of commercial boilers and industrial heating systems. From single boiler plant, to large commercial installations, we have the experience and know-how to service all heating requirements and provide the appropriate level of cover for you. All our engineers are highly trained and equipped with the latest product knowledge and industry standards, as well as many years of experience in the industry. We have a varied client base across a range of commercial sectors.
Ventilation
QuanTec are specialists in ventilation, providing installation, maintenance and repair services across a variety of different industries, with directly employed staff. Whether you are looking to extract stale air from a small area, or provide a tempered supply and extract fresh air system within a large scale office environment, we are able to specify a solution to meet your requirements.
An effective ventilation system will ensure a supply of fresh air for staff, visitors and customers. On specialised premises, it is a legal requirement to ensure that fumes, grease and heat are filtered and discharged from the building safely, in order to protect those on site.
All of our engineers are Gas Safe registered, and all work is done in accordance with the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) and industry standards DW144 and DW172.
Air Conditioning
QuanTec’s mobile air conditioning and refrigeration team of REFCOM registered engineers are experts in their field and we cover everything in house from small split systems to large Turbocor Chillers. We can offer design services, installation and preventative maintenance programmes to meet any bespoke requirement from simple comfort cooling through to sophisticated Turbocor projects.
We are accredited installers of many of the main manufacturers including Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, Toshiba, Sanyo, Hitachi and Fujitsu. As we are not tied to one manufacturer, we can offer the best solutions based on our client’s exact requirements.
Energy Monitoring Services
